The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has confirmed Xenon and Argon, as examples of Hypoxia-Inducible Factor (HIF) stabilizers and activators, will be added to the 2014 Prohibited List effective from 1 September 2014. HKADC warns all athletes that the uses of these substances are prohibited at all times (i.e. both in-competition and out-of competition).
