Athlete Center the New Platform for Whereabouts – Replacing ADAMS and Athlete Central
2026-11-03

The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has launched Athlete Center, the new platform that will replace the current the ADAMS website and Athlete Central app for managing athlete whereabouts information. The new platform can be used on computers, tablets and mobile phones. Compared with the old platform, it simplifies the processes, enhances the calendar and time zone management functions, making it more convenient to manage whereabouts information.

Athletes in the ADOHK testing pool can access Athlete Center now via any web browser (computer, tablet or mobile – no app download required) at:
https://actr.wada-ama.org

Transition Period (2026 Q4)
Athlete Center and ADAMS/ Athlete Central will operate in parallel throughout the fourth quarter of 2026:

  • Continue using Athlete Central (and ADAMS) for all current 2026 Q4 whereabouts.
  • Use Athlete Center to familiarise yourself with the new platform and prepare 2027 Q1 whereabouts.

What Athletes Should Do Now
1. Log in with your current ADAMS username and password;
2. Review and update your profile information;
3. Recreate your saved addresses (saved addresses from Athlete Central are not transferred);
4. Begin creating 2027 Q1 calendar entries (primary training location feature is still under development).

We strongly encourage athletes to fill in your 2027 Q1 whereabouts information in Athlete Center as early as possible. You can prepare and save your entries now. The formal quarterly submission function is expected to open at the end of November 2026. Once available, simply complete the submission process.

Note: 2027 Q1 whereabouts must be submitted on or before 15 December 2026.
