The Hong Kong Anti-Doping Committee (HKADC) announced today (29 November 2011) that Mr. Hung Wing Fai of Hong Kong, China, an athlete in the sport of Weightlifting, has been imposed a 2-year sanction for an anti-doping rule violation.
