WADA’s Youth Zone – new anti-doping tools for young athletes now available
2010-08-18

To help young athletes to develop a strong anti-doping culture, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has recently developed a new Youth Zone section in its website to offer fun, informative and thought-provoking tools to the young athletes.

In the belief that it is most effective to convey strong values to young athletes before doping is an option for them, WADA developed the Youth Zone to serve as a platform to create a strong and stable anti-doping culture that supports young people to develop strong values to refuse the use of drugs in sport. The Youth Zone contains a number of tools that provide information on doping and why it is banned to empower young people to make informed decisions.
