The Hong Kong Anti-Doping Committee (HKADC) is an independent committee operates under the auspices of Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China and is responsible for the anti-doping programme in Hong Kong. HKADC's mission is to preserve a doping-free environment for fair play in sport in Hong Kong. HKADC will ensure Hong Kong's Anti-Doping Policy in full compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code and the relevant international regulations. Doping control is the detection of the presence of prohibited substances in athletes. The process involves collecting samples (urine, blood or other bodily specimen) from athletes, arranging for World Anti-Doping Agency accredited laboratory analysis and managing of the test results.
